Brisas Del Mar
Located east of the Freeway 5 off of Via de la Valle lies the Del Mar subdivision of Brisas Del Mar. Brisas Del Mar is one of the very few master-planned tract communities in Del Mar that was built in the late 80’s-early 90’s.
