Del Mar Heights

Located conveniently off Freeway 5 and Del Mar Heights Road is the neighborhood of Del Mar Heights.  Much of the Del Mar Heights area extends inland east of the freeway where you’ll find newer and more contemporary homes and condominiums. Residents of Del Mar Heights have inland or ocean views from the hilltops.  As with most of Del Mar, it is primarily an affluent neighborhood.
