Del Mar Highlands
Just west of the 5 Freeway lies the neighborhood of Del Mar Highlands. It is a combination of residential and business communities and is one of the fastest growing areas of San Diego. You’ll find shopping centers, a theater, library, restaurants, office buildings, and more.
