La Jolla Heights
La Jolla Heights is a predominantly residential community consisting of detached homes that were built in the 60’s. However, there are some multimillion hillside homes as well as affordable condos within the neighborhood which create an eclectic community of sorts. It’s all reminiscent of Mediterranean living with the scenic views of the ocean below.
Homes in La Jolla Heights overlook La Jolla Shores where residents can enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. However, if they prefer shopping and dining, La Jolla Village (not to be confused with The Village) is nearby where they can eat at restaurants like Donovan’s Steakhouse or shop at the University Town Center mall. Residents also have easy access to Interstate 5 as well as the UCSD campus.
