Rancho Santa Fe Covenant is an unincorporated area of San Diego with a history that goes back to the mid 1800’s. Nowadays the “Covenant” is known as one of the 10 wealthiest areas of the United States. It is home to many prominent business people in the San Diego area and around the world as well as sports figures and celebrities.
As you drive down the winding roads of The Covenant, you’ll see older equestrian ranches as well as Spanish-style modern homes. Residents enjoy the seclusion and many of the homes are hidden from view either by tall gates or the many trees that grow in the area.
