Senterra

Located off Derby Farms Road is the gated community of Senterra.  With 162 home sites, Senterra is the largest of the three Villages of Fairbanks.  Ray Watt began construction in 1986 with Ross Sutherland on the team as the main architect. 

Homes in Senterra consist of four different floor plans ranging in size from 2,370 to 3,520 square feet of living space.  Some of the homes have amazing views of the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club Golf Course.
