Stratford

Within the Villages of Fairbanks is the charming community of Startford.  These 88 homesites were developed by Watts Industries back in the 80’s.  This gated community has English Tudor/French style homes ranging from 2,600 - 3,400 square feet.  Some of the homes come with pretty views of the Fairbanks Golf Course.  Finding recreation nearby is not a problem because the community also features a pool, spa, and fitness center.  Beautiful, manicured lawns, rolling hills, and a private, peaceful ambience, this is definitely California living.
