Nik Mazzola is famous for bringing a smile to anyone he comes in contact with. He has a true American spirit and pursues his goals with intense determination. Nik is adamant about constantly refining his delivery of superior results to his clientele. His clients point out what a pleasure he is to work with as his dedication and hard work blend well with his light hearted attitude.
Salesmanship has been in his family for over 20 years, as Nik’s father and grandfather were successful salesman as well. Nik’s resume speaks a thousand words. At the youthful age of 25, he was appointed a management position over 40 employees at a billion dollar company. He refined many new recruits into a high producing sales force. Real estate has always been natural to Nik. The most satisfying part of his work is to bring that smile to his clients when he hands the keys to their new home.
When Nik gets a break from real estate, which isn’t often, you will find him surfing, scuba diving, and producing music.

Nicole Mazzola is a San Diego native whose for its people and the city grew into a desire to continue the family tradition of a well
established career in real estate. Nicole has shadowed her father,
a commercial real estate broker with over thirty-five years of experience and owner of his own brokerage, since childhood. As
far back as Nicole can remember, she has been surrounded by real estate and the excitement surrounding the industry she has grown
to know and love.
Nicole’s extensive education includes a double major in International Business and Spanish at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas as well as an extended study program in Sevilla, Spain. Nicole has continued her education in the real estate world and aggressively stays up to speed on current market trends and new technology to keep herself and her clients on the cutting edge. Nicole’s in depth knowledge of the coastal communities gives her an immediate edge on her competitors. She keeps her finger on the pulse of these communities and knows the best properties on the market at any given time. Her focus on personal touch and dedication has been well received by her clientele and she remains committed to customer service.
In addition to her career in Real Estate, Nicole enjoys volunteering within her church and community, traveling and staying fit.
Gustavo Jahn

Portuguese Gustavo provides his clients and his team with exceptional communication & marketing skills.
His work has been seen on an international scale in several North & South American countries reaching a variety of cultures worldwide. He designed an award winning equestrian magazine that was distributed throughout South America and landed him the prestigious position of director of marketing for the SHC equestrian organization in Florianopolis, Brazil.
Gustavo has also trained under his father in financial fiduciary services and international law adding to his already impressive resume of communication and exposure marketing. Gustavo believes in making his dreams a reality by working hard, supporting his family and actually living his dreams. One conversation with Gustavo leaves you with a sense of warm heartedness and insight from a well rounded individual.
Outside the business world, Gustavo‘s hobbies include rugby, polo and soccer as well as culinary arts.

He has provided real estate and investment services since 1996 boasting over 1000 satisfied clients. One of his outstanding achievements includes leading a buyer’s team of 12 in 1999-2000 to be recognized as the #1 office in California/Hawaii by transferring 450 homes. Furthermore, his individual sales in residential real estate in excess of $10,000,000 deserve equal credit. Andrew now devotes his time to his exclusive clientele.
In 2002, Andrew made the transition from a traditional role of a broker, which is to mentor agents, to doing what he loves best, buying and selling homes directly with his clientele. Andrew has worked with the largest and most respected firms in San Diego including Prudential, Re/Max, and Realty Executives. He maintains relationships with these brokerages and frequently consults with several agents that he has trained over the years.

Cristina Lopez is a native born Californian with an energetic passion for anything she sets her mind to. Her business background includes fitness instruction, retail sales, and working on private jets. After nine years of traveling around the country, she decided to make San Diego her final destination.
Her experience in the private aviation industry has carried over into her real estate business with the exceptional customer service she provides and knowledge she has gained working with the jet set. Surrounding herself with successful business executives paid off with her first sale on the oceanfront in La Jolla for $3.4M.
Cristina prides herself being part of a close knit team & delivering the highest level of service to her clientele. Her fluency in Spanish and experience traveling has also allowed her to establish a broad and diverse client base.
When Cristina takes a break from finding her clients their dream homes, she enjoys the outdoors and concentrates on living a healthy, athletic lifestyle
Simon Jones

Simon Jones moved to Los Angeles in 1998 and swiftly began making some serious career changes. After arriving in Hollywood
after a prestigious acting career in South Africa, he decided to establish his own graphic design company.
Fusing an Honors Degree in Fine Art and a ravenous appetite for learning curves, designing quickly began to overshadow his acting career. It was not long until Simon’s talents became known and he began doing graphic design and web developing for celebrities like athlete Carl Lewis, and TV host Tanya Memme. He was also able to use his experience in the movie business to do graphic design on several hit films and TV series.
When he's not stuck behind 47 inches of computer screens, Simon has a penchant for unusual sports: Waveskiing and, Underwater Hockey, and in his ‘spare’ time he writes and illustrates children’s books.
